    It's Pennsylvania Smartweed (polygonium penylvancium).

    Some of your other wildflower finds are:

    Spiderwort (tradescantia ohiensis)
    Common or Daisy Fleabane (most likely erigeron annuus) and
    White Snakeroot (eupatrium rugosum)
